In terms of nutrient content, all types of lentils are about the same, but Red lentils are the record holder for iron and potassium content, beta-carotene, surpasses green lentils in concentration of vitamin B.
All products are made from grain grown in environmentally clean regions of Russia and have the highest quality indicators. Grain cleaning complexes allow for strict quality control at every stage, GMO-free (confirmed by SGS).
